The website is not an automatic contracting platform. Final conditions are agreed through written offers, confirmations, transport orders, contracts or other documents accepted by the parties.

Intransolux may restrict access or reject requests where fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use is detected.

4. Quotes and logistics information

Information published on the website is general and indicative. Routes, rates, transit times, availability, insurance, surcharges, taxes, customs duties, documents, Incoterms, carrier conditions, liability limits and operational requirements depend on each case. A quote is binding only when expressly confirmed in writing by Intransolux and only for the validity period, cargo details and assumptions stated in that quote.

5. Service conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services may be subject to applicable Spanish law, international transport conventions, customs rules, carrier conditions, Incoterms selected by the parties, insurance terms and the specific contract or transport order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate cargo information, lawful documentation, correct packaging, export/import authorizations and truthful declarations regarding restricted or dangerous goods.

6. Commercial communications

Intransolux will not send unsolicited electronic commercial communications unless there is consent, a previous contractual relationship or another basis permitted by law. Every commercial communication will include a simple and free way to object or unsubscribe, or you may write to info@intransolux.com.

Intransolux does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices. Access to third-party resources is made under the user's responsibility and according to the third party's own terms.

9. Liability

Intransolux works to keep the website available, secure and updated, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, viruses or incompatibilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intransolux is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the website, information supplied by the user, decisions based on general content not confirmed in writing, third-party services or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law.

10. Data protection and cookies
