Data protection rights request
Last updated: 12.05.2026
1. Purpose of this page
This page explains how you can exercise your data protection rights before Intransolux under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law. It applies to personal data processed through the website, commercial contacts, quote requests and B2B logistics relationships.
2. Rights available
- Access: to know whether we process your data and receive information about that processing.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to request deletion where legally applicable.
- Objection: to object to processing based on legitimate interest or to direct marketing.
- Restriction: to request temporary limitation of processing in certain cases.
- Portability: to receive data provided by you in a structured format where processing is based on consent or contract and is automated.
- Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Not to be subject to automated decisions: to request human intervention where a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects exists.
3. How to submit a request
Send your request to info@intransolux.com. Please state the right you want to exercise, the data or relationship concerned, a contact address for the response and, if you act on behalf of another person, proof of representation.
4. Identity verification
To prevent unauthorized access, Intransolux may request reasonable additional information to confirm your identity. If we cannot identify you or locate the data related to your request, we will tell you and may ask for additional details.
5. Timing and cost
We will respond without undue delay and generally within one month from receiving the request. This period may be extended by up to two additional months where the request is complex or multiple requests have been submitted, and we will inform you of the extension. Exercising rights is free of charge, except where requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive, in which case the law allows a reasonable fee or refusal to act.
6. Outcome of the request
Where appropriate, we will act on your request and inform you of the measures taken. If the request cannot be granted fully or partially, we will explain the reason, such as legal retention duties, defense of claims, inability to verify identity or the rights and freedoms of third parties.
7. Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
